Renault uses all its skills in designing and producing Logan which is increasingly clean. Current research looks at all areas where progress can be made: low emission engines, recyclable materials, new propulsion methods. Environmental protection is one of Renault's basic values.
 
Logan is designed with recycling in mind and is on target to reach 95% recyclability. Renault is actively engaged in ensuring its end of life vehicles which are treated in accordance with legislation.
 
In Iran Logan will come with a powerful and environmental friendly engine:
1.6 Liter 16v with the max power of 110 hp at 5750 rpm and max torque of 148 Nm at 3750 rpm, driving dynamic! And the fuel consumption should be only 7 Liter per 100Km.
 
Furthermore, a CNG kit (Compressed Natural Gas) will be available for those who are keen on preserving environment even further.
 
In other countries Logan will be market with additional 8v engines:
* 1.4 Liter, 75 hp at 5500 rpm with max torque of 112Nm at 3000 rpm, for economical reason.
* 1.6 Liter, 90 hp at 5500 rpm with max torque of 127Nm at 3000 rpm, for driving pleasure
